This is a short and positive review of the Hayfield campsite that Marcus and Agata visited this autumn in Derbyshire, England.
Stuart was parked up in a quiet corner with electricity.
Many bunnies for company
Some fancy pods may be hired instead if you did not bring any accommodation with you.
Reasonlably priced on site tuck shop / general store
Good walking paths, but don't forget you are not in any town. Bring provisions with you.
The design and cleanliness of the facilities was top notch
And so the Run
Hikers and runners will be pleased to know there are several challenging routes accessible from the site. We made efforts for a 20Km or thereabouts run. It was definitely not easy.
A massive thumbs up to the well planned and immaculate shower facilities. Whereas we had a good motorhome shower, this was a lot better.
Overall we'd recommend the site to fellow Motorhomers. It's open again from March 17 2016.
