Thursday saw Marcus and Agata trundling down to a Piano concert as part of the Festival de la Cite Lausanne 2015
Like the rest of mainland Europe, Switzerland has been experiencing a positive heatwave but we thought it might be worth it.
The setting was as idyllic as you might expect from a warm but not sweltering (by this weeks standards) sunny late Summer afternoon in Lausanne
The programme included some very difficult to play works
But more was to follow
As we walked back from the Fondation de l'Hermitage we heard more more contemporary music. A quite spectacular dance performance.
After some searching I found that this is
concept & choreography József Trefeli, Mike Winter in collaboration with the dancers dance József Trefeli, Amaury Réot Carl Staff, Mike Winter
Music Frédérique Jarabo

So, whilst Agata and Marcus no longer live within walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall we do find that Lausanne has its fair share of cultural activities to keep us nicely occupied.
Yet again, Lausanne, a wonderful place to live.
