Massage Day

The second day of diving in Salalah.    





You see us here loading up the dive boat.

Today we had dives at New Entry and Eagle Bay dives sites.

Some colleagues were doing a dive rescue course.  Essentially one diver plays unconscious at the surface and it is quite surprising that it takes at least 3 people to manhandle him into the boat where is he then laid out as shown above.

On return to dry land it was time to visit the Frankincense Spa at the Marriot where Agata and Marcus had prebooked an hour long massage each.  Delicious!


Post Massage Marcus managed a Gym and then a long swim so all in all it turned out to be a wonderfully exercised filled day.
