It is our sad last morning in Salalah Oman. Today we are looking back to Sunday Jan 8th 2012.
First though it was time to checkout of the Marriot Salalah resort. I would comment that this is a picture looking down on the scale model of the resort in the lobby. This is the full phase II implementation wheras our Phase 1 resort is just the single hotel on the middle left and a few apartments. Phase 1 was has been open for 2.5 years and no sign of Phase 2. Hmmm.
An hour plane ride later we arrived to our fancy hotel for the end of our hotel. The Chedi, Muscat
I especially fell in like with the 103 metre pool and the adjacent and equally spacious Gymnasium. Whilst the Gym classes were not as advertised the Gymnasium was quite state of the art and the showers and changing room top notch.
Agata and I both agreed this is the kind of luxury that we would be happy to be accustomed to.
