Too much of a Good Thing
It was something of a surprise to discover that not only do I have to maintain an intake a bewildering array of Vitamins and minerals but that too much of some vitamins can actually lead to damage.
So for optimum health we need to maintain a good balance of Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, Fibre, Vitamins, Minerals, energy (calories) derived from above, but we must not overdose on the relative quantities.
